Summary of the event- 

“New beginnings, endless possibilities”. As they say, the way you spend your New Year Day one is the way you spend the rest of the year, the faculty and staff members of the IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) celebrated New Year for the year 2025 in the college campus on 1st  January 2025 filled with great fun and enthusiasm.

From laughter to resolutions, the day was a perfect start to the New Year, reflecting the spirit of unity and positivity that defines IMS Ghaziabad. The event began at 12:00 PM at the College Lawn. The celebration kick started with a warm welcome addressed by Dr. Arun Kumar Singh (Director, IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus). The highlight of the day was gift-exchanging activity called Buddy of the Year 2025 that aims to uphold the positive relationships that we value and appreciate within the entire IMS family. The reason for such an activity is to promote efficient teamwork and increase employee confidence. 

The celebration was filled with engaging activities and fun games hosted by Mr. Monil Arora (Coordinator-Marketing), Ms. Nidhi Sharma (Assistant Professor, Management Department) and Shalini Sharma (Assistant Professor, Bioscience Department). These heartfelt moments that strengthened the bond within our community.

Thank You to the management, HR department and Admin department for carrying forward the energy, optimism and dreams as we step into a promising year ahead.

Learning Outcomes:

• It was a great ice breaking session for everyone to mingle with everyone from different departments.

• Also the celebration was the hope that this new year will bring a lot of prosperity and happiness to everyones life. 

• This budy of the year was a medium for people to get new connections and work harmoniously together.
