Summary of the event- 

The Alumni Meet for the Silver Category, dedicated to the pass-out batches from 2019 to 2023, was held on 1st February 2025 at the IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus). The event was organized to provide a platform for former students to reconnect with their peers and faculty while celebrating their achievements and contributions.

The evening began with the registration and entry of alumni, who were warmly welcomed by the organizing team. This was followed by the formal opening of the event by the Master of Ceremonies Dr. Sandhya Sharma, who set an engaging tone for the evening. With the auspicious lamp lighting by the alumni’s and faculty members the evening kick-started the event which was followed by the Director of IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) Dr. Arun Kumar Singh addressing the gathering, expressing gratitude for their presence and emphasizing the institution’s commitment to fostering strong relationships with its alumni.

As the evening progressed, the atmosphere was enlivened with enthusiastic performances by alumni, showcasing their talents and adding a nostalgic touch to the occasion. To further enhance the engagement, several interactive games and activities were organized by faculty members Dr. Swati Sharma, Ms Nidhi Sharma, Ms. Rashmi Singh, and Ms. Sushma Jha, allowing attendees to relive their college days in a fun and light hearted manner.

A live music session added to the vibrancy of the event, creating an enjoyable ambiance for the alumni to reminisce and celebrate. This was followed by the announcement of spot prizes and special performance awards, recognizing alumni for their achievements and contributions in various fields. Additionally, a selfie booth area designated for selfies was also set up so that alumni may snap pictures and receive a copy of their images to preserve the memory.

Towards the end of the formal proceedings, Mr. Vishal Sachdeva from Alumni Relations Cell delivered the Vote of Thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizing team and the enthusiastic participation of the attendees. The evening concluded with closing remarks, leading into a networking dinner where alumni shared their experiences and strengthened their connections. As a final gesture of appreciation, return gifts were distributed at the reception, marking the end of a memorable evening. 

The Alumni Meet 2025 conducted by Alumni Relations Cell Members, Dr. Pooja Rastogi (Head of the Cell), Dr. Shivani Dixit and Mr. Vishal Sachdeva, successfully brought together former students and their alma mater in an evening filled with warmth, celebration, and nostalgia. It reinforced the strong bond between the institution and its alumni, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a sense of belonging. The whole event was covered by EWL Team under the guidance of Mr.Manish Kumar and Dr. Monil Arora and IMS Today Team under the guidance of Mr. Anurag Singh and Mr. Narrayan Batheja.
