Summary of the event:
The Big Ideas Club has organized an event “Play to Lead: Exploring Management Tricks Through Games” on 14th November 2024 on the occasion of Children’s Day. The main objective of this event is to test student’s knowledge and analytical skills in a fun way. The game was divided into 4 parts. i) Blind Folded, ii) Branding Game, iii) Alphabet Glass iv) Busting Balloon.
In a series of team-building activities, 15 students faced four tasks. Task 1: Blindfolded, one student is to direct another team mate to follow the path and complete the game on time so it’s a team game in which navigating an obstacle course using only verbal guidance, eliminating 8 teams. Task 2: Busting Balloon, involved 7 teams popping balloons with their bodies, with 6 teams advancing. Task 3: Brand Logo Game, required identifying blurred logos; all 5 teams progressed. Task 4: Alphabet Glass, involved collecting alphabet letters from the wall of glass and arranging them in ascending order, combining creativity and precision in a final collaborative effort.

Brand Logo Challenge – Sheikh Huzaifa and Vaibhav Jain
Alphabet Glass – Urvashi
Busting Balloon – Sneha Dhiman and Phagun Saxena
Each member played a crucial role in planning and executing the tasks, ensuring a smooth flow of activities throughout the event.
Learning Outcomes:
The event proved to be an excellent platform for students to engage with one another outside of academic settings. Participants expressed enthusiasm for the tasks and appreciated the opportunity to work collaboratively. Feedback collected from attendees indicated that they enjoyed the variety of challenges presented and suggested incorporating more interactive elements in future events.
