Srijan-The HR club is a dynamic student-driven club dedicated to nurturing the interpersonal and leadership skills essential for a successful career in Human Resources Management. The club aims to equip students with practical Human Resource competencies by organizing events and activities and sessions from industry experts that foster quality learning, encourage teamwork, ethical practices, and professional networking.  

The club is mentored by our esteemed faculty coordinator, Prof. Indira Priyadarsani Pradhan. Under her guidance, the Cabinet for 2024-25 leads the club with dedication:

The HR Club actively engages its members through a variety of activities aimed at holistic professional development. Key events conducted by the club include the CHRO event, NLP Workshop, HR Conclave, Christmas Chronicle, Donation Drive. These activities not only provide hands-on experience with HR concepts but also encourage social responsibility and team spirit among members.  

The club's primary objectives are:

- To offer a platform for practicing HR concepts and developing core HR competencies.  
- To promote a modern HR approach while enabling students to build a network with industry professionals.  
- To foster leadership qualities through the planning and execution of club events.
