The Career Pathway Club is a dynamic initiative designed to empower college students by bridging the gap between academic pursuits and professional aspirations. This club serves as a vibrant platform for students to explore diverse career opportunities, develop essential skills, and gain practical insights into various industries. Through engaging workshops, interactive sessions with industry experts, peer mentorship, informative newsletters and carousels, and hands-on activities, the Career Pathway Club fosters a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. With a focus on holistic development, the club encourages students to build confidence, cultivate leadership qualities, and make informed decisions about their career trajectories, preparing them to excel in an ever-evolving global workforce.

The club aims to support and empower students in their professional growth by providing valuable resources and opportunities for skill development. To achieve this, the club organizes buddy mentorship sessions to foster peer learning and guidance, resume and LinkedIn workshops to enhance job application skills and professional branding, and circulates bi-weekly newsletters and carousels that share insights on career growth, job opportunities, and industry trends. Through these initiatives, the club ensures students are well-equipped to navigate their career paths with confidence and success.

There are 2 faculty coordinators of this club who guide and mentor the club members to achieve the club's objectives effectively.  Ms. Jasmine Kaur  and  Ms. Sushma Jha,  both part of the Career Development Centre
