Ms.Rashmi Singh has over 14 years of rich experience in the field of education & Soft skills Training. As a Trainer and coach encounters around 500 Students every year. Implements Training needs analysis for designing training programs for Post graduate and graduate students, and has given an insight into increasing students productivity.
As a Soft skills trainer from the last 14 years in association with top premier Institutions of Delhi/NCR, has helped the students to identify their needs and prepare them as per the industry requirements. Additionallyshe conducts workshops for students and professionals catering to diverse groups, backgrounds and levels of experience. She is a certified trainer from Indian Society for Training and Development (Delhi). Her key interest lies in training students on developing their Interpersonal Skills, Interview Skills, and Confidence Building. She is also adept at professional communication skills which have helped many in acquiring self-confidence. She is presently associated with IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus)
