Her professional journey has given her a deep understanding of Human Resource dynamics in an organization. As a faculty of Career Development cell at IMS , she is working towards empowering our students to thrive as proficient professionals in the corporate world and guiding them through the nuances of soft skills crucial for success in the competitive professional environment. As a faculty and mentor she is providing students with essential skills enabling them to navigate complex workplace scenarios with confidence.
