Dr. Shikha Jalota is the Professor in Finance & Accounts at IMS, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus). She has a rich experience of more than 18 years as an academician, trainer and mentor at master’s and bachelor’s level. She has earned her master’s in commerce and doctorate degree from University of Allahabad.

In addition to her academic work, she has co-edited a book on "Industry 4.0 Exploring New Horizons and Challenges for New Normal Post COVID-19".

Her areas of expertise in the classroom include corporate finance, security analysis, and financial accounting. Corporate finance and financial analysis are her primary areas of research interest. Additionally, she has pursued Business Finance Certification course from IIM, Raipur. Her publications span a variety of national and international journals.

She has been the resources person for various FDPs and chaired sessions in national and international conferences. She has experienced an array of academic and administrative roles throughout her career.
