Profile

Eight years of professional and academic experience, along with two years of corporate firm work experience in India, are encompassed by Indira Priyadarsani Pradhan. Several research papers addressing topics such as artificial intelligence's impact on human resource functions, workforce reskilling, and entrepreneurship have been presented at both national and international conferences by Ms. Pradhan. Publication of her papers has occurred in SCOPUS and the UGC Care Journals. A total of three patents authored by her have been published. The organization of numerous FDPs, HR conclaves, and Guest Lectures on various subjects related to human resources has been undertaken by her.
