I am a dedicated professional with a Ph.D. (Thesis Submitted), UGC-NET qualifications and over 13 years of expertise in teaching and training management students. I specialize in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Research Methodology. My Ph.D. research focuses on the impact of social media on learning outcomes. With a publication record including ABDC-C, WoS, and UGC-Care indexed journals, I've successfully led the Research Cell and organized conferences. Proficient in statistical analysis, I am well-versed in SPSS, Smart-PLS, AMOS, and visualization tools. My commitment to education is underscored by my role as a mentor and industry-prep trainer.
