CS Kashika Bhardwaj is a Certified Psychometric Test Professional. She joined IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) with a diverse range of experience in education and corporate. Having worked in corporate she has seen a swath of skill requirements at varied corporations. She leverages this varied background to address client and student challenges, combining critical thinking with the knowledge to build impactful solutions. Working with the students and the team she gives each assignment the assistance it needs to succeed – be it through researching various studies, reshaping existing work, concepting a creative solution or developing an effective tool whereby assisting students in the process of improving or enhancing their existing skills. She has strong verbal and oral communication abilities and is adept at interpersonal and presentation skills. She has delivered training in leadership, soft skills, technical and information sessions. While each assignment does not always require simplification, she enjoys the challenge of taking complex problems and communicating them in a simple way for students’ needs.
