BBA FRESHER PARTY “2014”
IMS, Ghaziabad - University Course Campus, organized Fresh-Chill 2014 – a Freshers' Party event held on November 15th, 2014 in the college campus.
The theme for the Freshers’ party was “Zodiac – with a tint of Neon”. The theme in itself was sheer euphoria for the fresher’s. The zodiac signs reveal the true character and personality of who one is. In IMS family, each & every student is an integral part depicting a unique personality & talent of its own.
Our honorable Director, Dr. B. P. Pethiya inaugurated the event with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp in front of goddess Saraswati. The Chairpersons of various departments & all the faculty members were present at the event.
Soon after the inauguration, the program kick-started with enthusiasm at its full flow. The Mr. & Ms. Freshchill 2014 contest, which included several rounds involving ramp walk, talent and question-answer round which wove the magic of fun and joy in to the event. It showcased the hidden talents of the fresh new faces. As the mercury began to rise, many events followed by, as in zodiac fusion dancing, singing events, band performances, stand-up comedy & many more.
Ms. Shivangi Pundir & Mr. Tejal Sinha were crowned as “Miss Freshchill & Mr. Freshchill 2014” respectively. Ms. Dishti Kalra & Mr. Harsh Bansal bagged the title of Ms. Diva & Mr. Dude. In addition to this, Ms. Vartika Goel won the title of “Best-dressed personality”.
The event was well managed and conceived by the organizing and discipline committee. The stage was well handled by the Anchors, After the competitions, it was time for all students to rock the fresher party with dancing and grooving. With pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot tapping music, the party ended with a blast, leaving behind sweet memories that will be cherished for long.
