?PAINT YOUR CREATION? ?Science knows no country, because knowledge belongs to humanity, and is the torch which illuminates the world? Earth day is one of the largest civic events celebrated worldwide. The First Earth Day celebration was organized on April 22, 1970, when millions of people raised their voice about deteriorating the environment. Each year Earth day is celebrated with a specific theme and this year's theme is ?Climate Action?, on the occasion of 50th anniversary of Earth day Bionics Club conducted an event entitled ?Paint Your Creation? in which students had an opportunity to demonstrate their support for environmental protection through their paintings. The event was organized online for the courses on 22nd April 2020 and the entries were to be submitted latest by 21st April 2020. Competition was for individual participants. Students were given the freedom to choose the size of sheet and color medium. Students were provided with the topics as follows:- ? Ozone Depletion ? Loss of biodiversity ? Disposal of wastes ? Environmental degradation We received overwhelming responses from the students across all the courses, the paintings are judged by Prof. Sapna Kumar, CDC Department, Prof. Anurag Singh, BJMC Department, Prof. Neha Anttal, School of Biosciences. Results were declared by Prof. Neha Anttal, through mail.
