The activity Panel Discussion on "Union Budget 2020-21" was organize by FINANZA (The finance Club) on Feb 10, 2020. Moderator for the discussion was Mr. Shivnidhi Bhardwaj (BBA 2019-22) and panelist for the discussion were Meghna tomar (BBA 2027-20), Shagun Garg (BBA 2017-20), Aman tomar (BBA 2018-21), Rajat singh (BBA 2018-21). The panelists were well prepared for the purpose and charmed the audience with their performance. They said that the Budget 2020 is intended towards balancing growth and inflation without raising the fiscal deficit and works towards revival of demand by ensuring disposable surplus, which shall steer economy back to normal. Government has proposed big bang reforms in agricultural, Banking and Financial services, Education, Healthcare, Information Technology, Power and Infrastructure sector, which would not only invite technology advancement but skilled employment talent creation. By establish hand holding to Startups and MSMEs, the economy will regain its confidence in Government's long-term vision. Raising custom duty on FMCG and daily essentials, Telecom, Automobiles shall facilitate for networked products in global value chain. It shall further push "Make in India" initiative substantially. However, in short term liquidity crunch needs to be addressed on immediate basis. In the last, the Faculty Members did the felicitation of the Moderator and Panelist.
