"AaSHA" -The Joint Retail Certification Program organized by IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) in association with Future Group (Brand Factory). This combined project is in-vision to improve the employability skills of youth in the country. The project "AaSHA" consists of four parameters where 'Aa' stands for "Aarambh"; 'S' for "Saksham"; 'H' for "Hunar" and 'A' for "Abhay". A good chunk of students was selected from IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) to enhance their knowledge in the world of corporates. The project was introduced in the presence of esteem guests Mr Abhinav Kumar (Business Head at Brand Factory North and East region), Mr Abhay Goswami (Regional Business Head at Brand Factory for North region), Mr Shahina Helal (HR Head Brand Factory-Fashion) and Mr Manoj Pant (HR Manager at Brand Factory for Northen region).

Dr Sapna Rakesh (Director, IMS Ghaziabad -University Courses Campus) addressed the gathering and congratulate for initiating such a wonderful project. In the end, Dr Geeti Sharma (Chairperson, BBA) extended Vote of Thanks and wish them all a great future ahead.
