Career Development Centre organized the workshop on 'Image Management' on 11 September 2018. This Workshop sensitized the students towards the significance of managing one's image The objective of the workshop was to give the hang of importance of the dressing and social etiquettes at professional front. The rationale behind this endeavor is the recognition of the multifaceted influence of personality of each person. Appearance and behavior being the two most important aspects in building professional image.

It was conducted by Ms.Sapna Kumar, Corporate Image Consultant. The speaker stressed on shedding the inhibitions and developing confidence in order to excel in every field. Ms.Sapna also touched on essentials of communication explaining Albert Mehrabian's rule and role of vocals,visuals and labels in the same. Students not only learnt the significance of dressing etiquettes but also the techniques for constructive self projection to make a lasting impression in a better way. She also shared the outlook of HRs in recruitment process through informative skill-will matrix.

CDC Team extended a note of gratitude to Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus, for her wonderful initiatives. Dr. Geeti Sharma, Chairperson BBA and Dr. Indrani Bhattacharjee, Coordinator (Final Year, BBA) also spared their valuable time for the workshop. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson CDC, encouraged the budding managers to push themselves further and be the best version of themselves.Dr. Deepa Goel and Ms. Raunak Bhardwaj effectuated the programme effectively and guided the students in broadening the corporate etiquettes. EWL students' team of Ankur & Pragyasheel in collaboration with IT & administration team- Mr. C.S. Verma, Mr. Naresh Choudhary and Mr. Ajay steered the programme well with inexorable attention.
