Personality Profiling

The second day of BCA Orientation Program 2018-'Prarambh' was organized on 21 August 2018 at IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus. The members of Career Development Centre focused on knowing the personality traits of all the students. They also discussed the findings of employability surveys conducted by research organizations in the domain of IT. Students discovered their personality types, emotional intelligence and Personal SWOT. All the participants developed a great deal of interest, while discovering their behavior, and thinking pattern. An ice breaking activity was also conducted to build familiarity among the participants, while enabling them to explore their skills and multifaceted qualities. The activities reduced anxiety of students, and energized them for great learning ahead. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson CDC along with team members Dr. Deepa Goel and Ms. Raunak Bhardwaj explained the objectives of Career Development Centre and its modus operandi. They also sensitized the students about personal and professional excellence for having a life of purpose.
