In recent years, there has been an increasing recognition of good leadership skills and dynamics in the candidate while applying their jobs in corporate world. Keeping this view in mind and see the importance, we have organized the HR Workshop on the topic of Leadership Skills and Group Dynamics for BBA students at IMS Ghaziabad, (University Courses Campus) on 12th April 2018.
The Key resource person for the Workshop is Dr Puneet Mohan, Director Loqman Consultants Pvt Ltd. New Delhi. He emphasized on the Concept, Stages of Group development & Group dynamics, Leadership, competencies, negotiation skills followed by activities like free riding through experiential learning and Long term vision vs Short sightedness through Management Game in the workshop. Total 45 participants are given the opportunity to discuss their concerns related to this area and learn how to deal with current scenario. It also proved to be an overwhelming response where Students had participated with great zeal.
