?We Women Are the Only Warriors Who Lead Their Lives Being On Bleed? Empowering people is not only the thing which one should focus but to make them known with the situations is also required. The Management Department of Institute of Management Studies University Courses Campus organized a Staff Development Program on March 8,2018 on the occasion of International Women?s Day. The objective of this event is to spread awareness on the safety measures, hormonal changes and other turning points in the lives of those women who are approaching towards menopause. The session invited all the females to make them known about this biological changes.Men also took part in this great initiative to understand and help the women mentally and socially. Things what the woman should do as preventive measures were discussed. The engagement also focused the things which generally took place at this moment of life to females. In addition to this importance of self-hygiene and mental health was also included in the session. The most exciting thing of this development program was that it was not restricted till females only the session welcomed males too to create awareness for well-being of their families as well. The staff members and other attendees found it very helpful and it was conducted in the guidance of Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director IMSUC & Dr. Geeti Sharma, Chairperson, BBA.
