In pursuit of exploring dreams and existing skill set of MIB students, IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus organized 'Adjust Your Focus' on 3rd August 2017. The session was taken to gain clarity on the career goals. Students presented their time management plan and emphasized on areas of specializations. All the participants explained their career objectives along with effective strategies that they intend to put in use, during their tenure at IMS. Their PPT highlighted the foundation of goal setting while emphasizing on charting on progress chart. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna and Dr. Deepa Goel coordinated the entire session and also motivated students to regularly engage themselves in these platforms for enhancement of confidence and clarity of goals.
