The 2nd day of MIB Orientation Program 2017-'Upakrama' on 31st July 2017 was segregated into 3 sessions. Day started with the the familiarisation of the program which was headed by the Director of campus Dr. Sapna Rakesh. During her interaction she cleared many doubts of students and also guided them about how to be relaxed during stress by meditation. It was followed by an interaction with all the faculty and staff members of the campus. The last session of the day was'Right Here, Right Now'- The Ice Breaking Session. The activities were planned with an objective to build familiarity among the participants, while enabling them to explore their skills and multifaceted qualities. All the tasks were executed to build an ambience of team efforts and attainment of common goals. The participants were able to get out of their comfort zones and developed hands on learning on managing time and resources to bring our measurable results.Team 'Davos' with members-Aksh Chaturvedi, Diksha Yadav,Prince Garg, Shivang Singhal and Vandana Chaudhary emerged as the winners of Team Building Activity. Vishal Upadhyay was also recognized for exhibiting exemplary management skills. All the aspiring managers understood the outcome of the session and also related it to managerial efficiency. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Dr. Deepa Goel, Ms. Sheetal Malik and Ms. Akanksha Tyagi conducted the session.The students extended a note of gratitude to the institution for sowing the seeds of confidence, self-motivation and team dynamics.
