Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad has organise a workshop ?Advanced Research Methods on 26-11-2015. This workshop has been organized for the students of BBA Second and final year. The objective of this workshop was to enlightened the students with latest concepts of Quantitative Research tools and technique. In total 65 students attended the workshop. Topic Covered 1. Use of Excel and SPSS, Hypothesis writing and Testing 2. Descriptive Analysis (Graph and Chart creation) 3. Univariate and Bivariate analysis (t-test, Ch square, Corelation etc) 4. Primary research, survey-based data collection 5. Importance of Data analysis in Research Writings School of Management extended a note of gratitude to Director, IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus, for her wonderful initiatives. Dr.Gagan Varshney, Prof. Shilpi Sarna and other faculty members also spared their valuable time for the workshop. Prof Geeti Sharma, Assistant Professor, the resource person for the workshop encouraged the students to push themselves further in the field of academic research.
