Job Description - Technical Sales/Support Executive

Role Purpose:

Technical Support Associates will be responsible for troubleshooting of hardware/software related issues for the customers pertaining to windows or MAC operating systems. He will be accountable for individual sales revenue target along with understanding/ diagnosing the customer's problem and action accordingly.

Education:

• BCA fresher are preferred.

Job Profile:

• Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's problem and action accordingly.
• Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries.
• Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
• Open to feedback & learning.

Skill Set:

• Excellent communication skills with Basic knowledge of Windows/Apple Products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability and desire to troubleshoot as well as sell (process specific).
• Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware with knowledge of the Internet.

Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following:

• Computer Desktop, including Internal Hardware.
• Computer Laptop, including Internal Hardware.
• Operating systems: Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Pro.
