Job Description – Management Trainee (HR)

Job Profile:

• Sourcing of Candidates from the various sources like Database Job Portals, References, Head hunting, Social Media sites and professional networking sites.
• Posting job-openings on job portals and other social / professional sites / groups.
• Sourcing candidates by capturing resumes from various job portal by optimized search engines.
• Scheduling and regular follow up with prospects before and after short listing.
• Responsible for follow-up for joining.

Education:

• BBA fresher are preferred.

Experience:

• Priority will be given to candidates with basic Recruitment knowledge and good communication.

Skill Set:

• Excellent communication skills with Basic knowledge of computers and internet.
• Strong convincing and selling skills.
• Ability and desire to groom in to a high end head hunter in short time and to work both, independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Consolidated Stipend of INR 12,000 + 1500 (attendance incentive) + Performance incentive.
• Post completion of probation , they will be designated as " HR Executives" with a take home salary of 15000 + 1500 attendance Incentives + Performance Incentives + 12 paid Annual leaves + PF + Accidental Insurance (1 lac) + Cashless medical Insurance (1Lac).
• Ability and desire to groom in to a high end head hunter in short time and to work both, independently as well as part of a team.
