National Conference on "Recent Trends & Advances in Biotechnology"

IMS University Courses Campus Ghaziabad, School of Biosciences organized National Conference on "Recent Trends & Advances in Biotechnology” on November 26, 2016 under the kind patronage of Sh. Rakesh Charria ji, General Secretary, IMS Group of Institutions. The conference was inaugurated by Prof. R.B. Singh, Honorable Chancellor, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain, Honorable Vice Chancellor, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. Director, Dr. Sapna Rakesh in her welcome address expressed her satisfaction in bringing together researchers from academia, industry and the government organizations to ensure knowledge sharing for societal upliftment. During the inaugural session, first edition of IMSUC Bi-annual News Magazine ‘Pulse’ and Conference Souvenir were released by the dignitaries. Dr. Abha Vashistha, Chairperson School of Biosciences expressed her views about how this National Conference has achieved its aim, she also appreciated the participation of research scholars and students from 47 different Universities and Institutions including Jammu, Bangalore, Varanasi, Kharagpur, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Jhansi, Kanpur, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nainital, Aligarh, Dehradun and Delhi NCR. The conference concluded with the Valedictory Session for best oral and poster presentation awards.
