Lecturers showered tips to Future Journalists

IMS, Ghaziabad (NAAC Accredited & Affiliated to CCSU) organized a Guest Lecture to enlighten the students of journalism. The bureau Chief of the National daily ‘Hindustan’, Dr.Gaurav Tyagi delivered the lecture on "Challenges in Local Reporting". He shared his experience of the field.

Moreover, the students got a chance to learn about the technical development and the change of format in print as well as electronic media. He discussed about the problems faced by a beginner in the field. He explained how one should prepare oneself for the field of journalism.

Associate Professor Mr. Anil Nigam welcomed the guest and encouraged the students to bring out their queries. The students showed interest and learnt the real challenges of the reporting. Dr. Gaurav summed up the topic by saying "A good journalist should have three things- questions, attention and arguments.
