IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised a Workshop on Research Methodology for HR Specialisation students ,BBA IV Semester 2018-21 batch on January 27, 2020 from 2:00pm onwards.The program was initiated by welcoming the resource persons for the workshop Dr.Geeti Sharma, Chairperson BBA Program & Dr.Sahil Gupta, Assistant Professor.The objective of this workshop is to give the students an insight on importance of research and to develop their conceptual and analytical skills in area of research.The session was initiated by Dr.Geeti Sharma where she highlighted how to conceptualise the Research Problem and comprehend the Research Process.Dr.Sahil Gupta focussed on Research Paper formation and various statistical tools and techniques required in good research work.The students raised lot of queries on recent research related topics in HR domain.

The session ended with great zeal and enthusiasm amongst the students and on a gratitude note by Dr.Shilpi Sarna Head HR specialisation to resource persons,HR Team and students.
