School of Biosciences at IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a guest lecture by Mr. Arjun Gaur on 20 September 2019. He is an international life coach, founder of Lifez Honor Company based in Delhi. Mr. Gaur trained more than 10,000 people all over the world. He has been honored with best life coach award from 2018-2019 by Urban Pro. He is working with many countries like Italy, Malta, Morocco, US, UK, Bangladesh and Thailand. The session was started by felicitation ceremony. Mr. Gaur mainly focused on transformation by overcoming mental fears. He further added that these fears act as obstacles in decision making. Once the power of decision making is attained, right path can be followed to achieve our goals. This was explained to students by performing various activities. They also interacted and put forward their queries and they were happy as they got the appropriate solutions for respective queries. Later on Mr. Gaur distributed his book entitled "FEARLESS TRANSFORMATION".

At the end of the session, Dr. Abha Vashistha, Program Chairperson, School of Biosciences conveyed her gratitude to Mr. Arjun Gaur. She also emphasized on personal and professional growth of individual, skill enhancement and self confidence through life coaching.
