Department of Management of IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a Guest Lecture on "Retail Marketing & Customer Engagement" on 19 September 2019 in college Auditorium. The lecture was delivered by eminent speaker Mr. Vivek Kumar Sinha, Trained Sales Expert with Apple Inc. Mr. Vivek has 10+ years of experience in the area of Sales and Consulting in leading companies like Mercedes-Benz, T&T Motors and Bose Corporation, other than Apple Inc.

The speaker was heartily welcomed by Dr. Kumar Saurav, Marketing Head through eco-friendly sapling. The session was very interactive and students participated enthusiastically. Mr. Vivek discussed with students the core concept of Marketing in the form of Experiential Marketing, B2B, Retailing, Sensory Marketing, Brand Association, Consumer Connect, Brand Building, Tips to Convince Customers and Positioning of the brand. Later he discussed students about the depth of Marketing through a video of Steve Jobs followed by the questions and answers session of 15 minutes. The lecture was attended by 215 Marketing Specialisation students and faculty members. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. Kumar Saurav.
