Innovative In this workshop ,we get to know difference between boss and leader such as boss drive employees,depends on authority,inspires fear,takes credit,says go ,uses people on the other hand leader coach employees,generate enthusiasm,says we,develop people,says lets go. A startup is a young company founded by one or more entrepreneurs to develop a unique product or service and bring it to market. By its nature, the typical startup tends to be a shoestring operation, with initial funding from the founders or their friends. When you try to think of a leader at your place of work, you might think of your boss ? you know, the supervisor in the tasteful office down the hall.
