IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a workshop and personality development program by Mr. Surya Bahadur from Confluence Training & Development Pvt. Ltd, on the 8th day of MIB Orientation Program 2019-'UPAKRAMA' on 7th August 2019. The activity kicked off with some vibrant motivational videos related to life, comprising of various artists, animals, etc. He also helped students to identify themselves, thus helping them in network building, through playing games. He also displayed some brilliant commercials to connect and commensurate strategic thinking and mental presence and absence which a student feels in his/her current environment. He also taught student through simulation activity the power of concentration, team building and leadership. It was indeed a very enriching experience for all the new admitted students of MIB. Mr. Surya emphasized also on building good habits, hard work and how to maintain a disciplined life to conquer the goals and targets set by the organization. Students were mesmerized and spell bound with the whole experience. The event concluded in the evening by a vote of thanks and felicitation of the guests by Mr. Ashish Srivastava and Mr. Aniruddha Ghosh, Faculty MIB, IMSUC Ghaziabad.
