"Farewell is not the End, it's a Beginning of a New Life !!"

With an intent to bid adieu and luck for future endeavours, IMS Ghaziabad-university courses campus, Management Department (BBA students of 2017-20 batch) organized ADIEU 2019, a grand BBA farewell party. Taking the legacy forward, this was the 27th BBA batch that had completing its voyage. The theme for the evening was Glitz & Glamour where students looked blistering and flashy, carrying themselves in their bestest versions to create memories that would last for a lifetime.

The program initiated by welcoming the Director, IMS University Courses Campus - Dr. Sapna Rakesh and seeking blessings of Maa Saraswathi's. This was followed by welcome address by Director - Dr. Sapna Rakesh where she addressed the outgoing batch by sharing her experiences and wishing them good luck for their future endeavors. The event packed a lot of performances entailing singing and various dance performances by IInd year students. The processions also involved honoring all the students of the graduating batch with titles representing their personalities and traits, handcrafted by IInd year students. A flash back video involving messages for the students from their teachers was shown along with tribute videos from the juniors.

In the competition for winning the title of Ms. and Mr. Adieu, 6 boys and girls participated in three round - Round I (The Ramp Walk Round) where they walked the stage, give their introduction and encapsulate their journey at IMS; Round II (The Talent Round) whereby the competitors showcased their talent in the form various performances like stand-up comedy and singing; and the Round III (The Q&A round) where the students answered the questions given by the judges that tested their wit and presence of mind.

The stage was then handed over to the outgoing batch where students performed & conveyed their emotions & feelings through poetry / presentations or videos of all the memories which were created during the tenure of three years in the campus. Few of them also expressed themselves through their spectacular dance & singing performances. Lastly, in the Special Award Ceremony, 13 students were given awards for their unparalleled efforts and contributions in various domains in IMS in the last three years. The evening was brought to a closure by an address from Chairperson - BBA, Dr. Geeti Sharma. She advised the batch on ways to open their horizons for the better tomorrow and thanked everyone involved in making the event possible. The evening dived into DJ and Dinner. Adieu 2019 culminated with an emotionally surcharged atmosphere where the 2016-19 batched got their last photographs with their juniors and faculty members as BBA students.
