An executive training programme was organized by Management Department of IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus on February 17, 2019. The MDP aimed to acquaint the corporate executives with Research Methodology and some of the sophisticated techniques of data analysis with the help of SPSS. The vigorous sessions covered topics ranging from Introduction to Research Design, writing a research proposal to introduction to SPSS, ANOVA, Factor Analysis Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis in SPSS. The participants were of various profiles and from different organization such as CEO, Berkeley HealthEdu, Head-HR, Moody's, Sr Programme Manager, Delegation of European Union, Head-HR, Oncquest and Principal Consultant AIM Shared Services to name a few.

Dr H.K Dangi, Associate Professor, Delhi School of Economics and Prof Aniruddha Ghosh, Assistant Professor at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus were the resource persons for the day. Dr Nidhi Srivastava proposed the vote of thanks to all participants and guests. The programme was well coordinated by Prof Akansha Tyagi, Assistant Professor at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus.
