In India, December 23 every year is celebrated as National Farmers’ Day or Kisan Diwas. It also commemorates the birthday of Chaudhary Charan Singh, the 5th Prime Minister of India and started as a farmer before getting a seat in the government. To honor the farmers on this day, the Bionics Club - School of Biosciences has fiercely organized the "Green Clicks" activity with the sole motive of promoting inner talents and building confidence for students.

The activity was held on December 23, 2021 at Atrium IMSUC. Participants prepared the handcraft that includes anything from nature-related waste. E.g. Twigs, leaves, grass, cardboard boxes, newspapers, etc. and explained what materials they had used, and also listed the materials they used along with the application.

For the audience, there is also an impromptu tour with a bit of fun and humor, in which they have to tear off a leaf and have to talk about the topic covered in it.

Active participation was observed from all the courses, the activity was enjoyable, based on the knowledge, enthusiasm and energy the students gained during the activity. The activity was assessed in the presence of Director Sir Dr.(Prof.) Ajay Kumar, Club coordinator Prof. Neha Anttal and our judges Dr. Umesh Kumar and Dr. Rishi Kumar.
