Management Department of Institute of Management Studies (University Courses Campus) in association with IQAC organized a Staff Development Program on “Leadership & Team Building on June 09,2022(Thursday) for the event the MOC Yashika Gupta, she introducing IMS Ghaziabad University Campus. The objective of this activity was to instill the importance of Leadership & Team between the staff members for a smooth functioning of their work and enhance their ability to manage the time effectively and efficiently.
The event started with Prof. (Dr) Ajay Kumar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad University Campus addressing the gathering with his words of wisdom, including how and what is expected out of the
staff members and their performance and how important their role is in the development of the institution and its students. Then Dr. Indrani Bhattacharjee, Chairperson, School of Management, addressed the gathering with her words and thankfulness.
After that the event started with the MOCs, informing about the activities of the event, followed by starting of their first activity i.e., Ice Breaking Activity, “Let’s Count “in which Prof. Akansha Tyagi briefed the staff members about the activity. Every staff member energetically participated followed by the participation in following activities:
The staff members were given Certificate and Badges for their active participation in all the activities. At last, Director sir congratulated and provided the staff members the Certificate of Participation for their active participation in the event and making it such a great success.
The event ended with Dr. Nidhi Srivastava, Faculty School of Management, presenting a formal vote of thanks and motivated the Staff members for ensuring their presence & active participation for the upcoming Staff Development Programs. They also appreciated the presence of each staff members and for their active involvement in the session. All together it was an interactive & well executed Program.
