Event ?How to design your own portfolio

(A guide for financial planning) ?

Summary of the Event:

The School of Management along with The Finance Club at IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus organized an expert talk on ?How to design your own portfolio? on 13th December,2021. 

The session started with the anchor introducing respected director, Prof. (Dr) Ajay Kumar and the resource person Dr. Aman Shrivastava, Professor (finance) at IMI, New Delhi. Director IMSUC welcomed the resource person with a memento as a token of gratitude.

Further, Director IMSUC welcomed the students with his valuable insights on financial planning and investment for long term financial stability of a human being. 

The session was based on portfolio formation and analysis, so he majorly focused on portfolio management, the standard size of portfolio, portfolio analysis, and the proportion of various investment vehicles in your portfolio.

Later, Dr. Shrivastava took the stage, and started sharing their insights among students. Throughout the session, he covered all the aspects of long term investing and their financial impact on an individual?s livelihood in long-term. Again, he covered the do?s and don?ts of investing. For investment analysis, his model is to analysis the product and their life cycle rather to analysis their technicality and other factors.

In last CS (Dr.) Karuna Gupta, Associate Professor IMSUC proposed vote of thanks to the Speaker of the Session, participants and Students coordinators Anushka & Poorvi. In last, the session ended with lots of deep insights of financial planning, investment analysis and management. Then Session ended successfully.
