REPORT OF Orientation Program-BCA

Summary of the Event:

BCA department of IMS, Ghaziabad (University courses campus) organized a magnificent orientation program for BCA 2^nd and 3^rd student to welcome them on 25^th August 2021 in the IMSUC, Auditorium.

The program was initiated by Ms. Vanya Mudgal (BCA 3^rd Year) and Mr. Keshav Garg (BCA 2^nd year) by welcoming the students and congratulating them for moving towards the next step of ladder of BCA. All dignitaries showered the petals on the idol of Maa Saraswathi After showering the petals all dignitaries graced the dice. Two speakers Mr. Kapil Saraswat ? Vice president RBS Bank & Mr. Satyendra Singh ? Project manager, Accenture graced the stage as the chief guest and guest of honor respectively. 

The address of the Director Dr. Ajay Kumar motivated the students and he congratulated them for being promoted to the next year. His words gave the inspiration to students towards the vision of future.

Honorable chief guest Mr. Kapil Saraswat provided deep knowledge to students towards latest technology through his spectacular experience. He also shared the dynamics of being a part of IT domain, all students were amazed to hear the astonishing speaker.

Guest of honor of the day Mr. Satyendra Singh took all the queries of curious students very professionally. The Students of BCA were delighted and enriched through his knowledge related to Big data, Career prospect in data science, Scope of learning many languages in Computer Science etc.

After that Mr. Mandeep rawat and Mr. Vijay shukla introduced CRC to students and gave insight about placements and internship. Moving further, Ms. Himanshi Verma from Career development center graced the students by explaining the role of personality development, organizational behavior and many more such topics.

HOD Dr. Gagan Varshney explained the Road Map of BCA in which Teaching pedagogy, Placement of BCA, Learning methodology, Specialization offered for students was discussed.

Students attended the session with great energy & enthusiasm. The Program was ended by vote of thanks.
