Management Department in association with STUGMA-GMA (Students Ghaziabad Management Association) under the Leadership Talk Series on "Contemporary Issues and Challenges in FINTECH Application in India" has been successfully organized on 18th December 2020.

The keynote speaker of the event was Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar, CEO, and Chairman of EST GroupGlobal Inc, USA.
The event was started to enlighten the morning with some valuable insights by the host, And Director of IMSUC Ghaziabad Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Guest of honour Ms. Neha Mishra (CEO- Fin Lit Project) and Mr. Vinay Gupta- Executive Director of GMA, HOD of Management Department Dr. Geeti Sharma.

The talk session was commenced by Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar (Co-Chairman & Founder, EST Global Inc, USA) by making the audience aware of the banking of India and how it has adopted the technological change. Cross border banking, Neo banking expansion, open banking, and tech advancement relation, Micro Finance & Block chain, Role of AI in Banking were well explained.

India's switch to digital India being an underdeveloped nation was brought to light. How this switch came and how the FINTECH revolution succeeded in every sector. There was a boom in a P2P transaction, net banking, digital wallets, and crypto currency. And in this, demonetization also played a good role.

FINTECH, the powerhouse of India, a prominent factor in today's business market, was explained by the speaker. Moreover, the light was thrown on the concept of more data, the stronger a provider is; by the speaker.
Then, the session moved forward to the very important subject i.e. Growth as a Business. From conceiving the idea in the visionary’s mind to his merges or exit from the market concerning FINTECH was explained by Dr.Bhaskar greatly.

Moving ahead, all the challenges in FINTECH in India were widely explained. How youth is aggressive towards FINTECH today and how it's been included in the routine work of banks and customers was pinpointed by the speaker.

And at the end, his presentation was closed by him by taking the questions of the audience and answering them.

The event came to an end by sharing the words with the audience by Dr. Geeti Sharma & Ms. Nisha Misra.
