Invent-2020 An Annual Inter-Institutional Tech-Fest has witnessed a jam-packed computer-buffoons to compete, starve and excel from others. Invent 2020 was organized on the Online Platform and 300+ participants were present at the inaugural session. The participation at this time is not restricted to the Delhi-NCR region but from all over India due to online participation. Apart from IMS 40 plus InstitutesDAV School Bhagalpur, Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi, Kulbaskar ashram PG college Allahabad, Karnataka science college Dharwad, Gaya collage Gaya, APS Kolkata, BITS Pilani, Shri Ram Group of engineering College Muzzafrnagr and many more premier institutes participated in Invent 2020. The event was formally inaugurated with the motivating words of Director IMS University Courses Campus, Ghaziabad Dr. Sapna Rakesh. The guest speaker of the day was Mr. Kunal Singhal, Founder & Managing Director, EAZY ERP Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Co-Chairman, ICT Committee, PHD chamber of Commerce and Industry who had described the importance of such kind of technical fest and how these events are helpful in improving their technical and innovative skills. Alumni Mr. Praddep Shukla batch 2011-14 who is a Software Engineer Cerner Healthcare Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore enlightened the virtual stage and explain the year wise journey from BCA to Working. INVENT-2020 is specifically intended for students to test their knowledge and skills by participating in various IT events which not only provide academic excellence but also helps in redefining their personality. There were 4 events:

Design Maestro: An event which is exclusively for Photoshop experts to check the designing creativity of the participant.

Quiz-Wiz: Participants has to pass through 2 rounds. The questions were asked related to Information Technology.

E-Rangoli: Participants has to show their creative skills using any of the designing software tool
like Canva, Paint etc.

Code War: Participant has to showcase their knowledge of any of the programming skills to solve
the problem given at the spot. On the virtual mode it offered a platform for technocrat’s creative
mind.

All the events purely justified the underlying spirit of Invent "Technology is Fun". All the participants were in the role with full of enthuse to provoke excellence in the technical territory. All the students of BCA whole heartedly coordinated to make INVENT a success. The event end up with the prize distribution ceremony and vote of thanks.
