IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus recognized for crafting future leaders by creating a learning environment conducive to holistic development of students .With the motto of continuous learning and development Management Department under the Leadership Talk Series organized a Talk Session on "Leadership Excellence" on November 19, 2020 for BBA students. The resource person is Dr. Manu K. Vora, Chairman and President, Business Excellence, Inc., USA. Who has over 45 years of leadership experience in guiding fortune 500 companies with US Baldrige performance excellence assessment. He has contributed at over 680 educational institutes worldwide and taught to well over 12000 people. In 2016, he was appointed as the Fulbright specialist By the US Department of the state. Moreover in 2016 itself, he has completed GIAN program sponsored by MHRD, Government of India at IIT (BHU).Dr Vora has also received 53 awards for outstanding professional contribution and 35 awards for life long community service including US President’s Volunteer service award.
The session began with a welcome address by Dr.Geeti Sharma, Chairperson Management Department wherein she appreciated the CRC Team for taking up this initiative on Leadership Talk Series. This is Episode 3 which highlighted on leadership excellence in current pandemic scenario.
Dr Vora shared the Roadmap for Leadership Excellence by focussing on the tipping points.

He motivated and inspired the young minds through videos and quotes on Leadership. He emphasised that to be a leader it is very important to carry right attitude. Attitude reflects Leadership whatever attitude, behaviour or belief you want your team to have, you must lead with it first.
The session ended by presenting an e-memento as a token of gratitude to Guest and thank you note to all the attendee’s.
The students took active participation and raised various queries on the related topic.
